PENGGERAKAN PARTISIPASI WARGA PRINGWULUNG MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN PERINGATAN MAULID NABI MUHAMMAD SAW

Masyarakat di Pedukuhan Pringwulung, khususnya RW 40, menghadapi tantangan berupa degradasi interaksi sosial dan rendahnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan kolektif akibat penetrasi gaya hidup individualis urban serta potensi gesekan sentimen keagamaan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi modal sosial dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif warga melalui pendampingan peringatan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW yang dikelola secara partisipatif. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang mencakup siklus teknis To Know (pemetaan), To Understand (analisis pohon masalah), To Plan (matriks rencana kerja), To Act (aksi kolektif), dan To Change (refleksi kritis). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat kehadiran warga dalam kegiatan kolektif dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Keberhasilan konkret ditandai dengan terbentuknya kepanitiaan partisipatif yang mensinergikan berbagai unsur masyarakat, meliputi pengurus Yayasan An-Nur, remaja masjid, kelompok pengajian perempuan, hingga perangkat RT/RW. Proses ini berhasil mentransformasi posisi warga dari objek menjadi subjek penggerak (agency) dengan rasa memiliki (sense of ownership) yang tinggi, yang dibuktikan melalui pembagian tugas terorganisir (enrolment) dan aksi gotong royong lintas gender dalam persiapan teknis hingga manajemen acara. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam menyediakan instrumen teknologi sosial untuk memulihkan relasi antarmanusia serta memperkuat kohesi sosial menuju tata kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih harmonis dan berkelanjutan.
